It's never a good idea to "save" teams for later n the year. Upsets happen each week. Pick the best match-up no matter. I have NE this week, never gonna get a chance to pick a 17 point favorite again.

I would go with Pittsburgh. They are always tough at home and Balt has Kyla Boller.

Yea saving teams is death in these type of leagues. KC is a horrible pick, they are prolly going to lose. Minnesota #1 in rush defense last year, their defense has only improved this year. So if KC has to fall back on their pass they have Eddie Kennison and RK Dwayne Bowe. KCs defense isnt going to win this game either, A peterson is prolly going to have a big game.

Screw the separation concept this week. NE wins 110% of the time, give or take 5%.

Assuming everybody either picks NE (95% to win), Bal (80% to win) or Pitt (80% to win) and an equal number of people will pick Balt and Pitt, you should take NE if you think less than 78% of the field will take them as well.

My win % could be way off, but it looks good to me.

It's foolish to try and sniff out the unpopular favorite just so you can play the big dogs later in the year. There is no later if you snif a fart instead of a winner.

With Andre Johnson out why not take Indy this week? The next time they play houston they will already have a playoff spot clinched and it may not be a need to win game.

You dont think KC at home vs Minn with a new qb is a decent pick?
Also, in suicide leagues you try to save some of the good picks.
But keep only betting by records and not matchups. Nice comparison of KC at arrowhead to Atl or Buff.

KC is an awful awful awful pick.
