Any reason why NL games would be easier in Vegas, but in limit games it's the other way around?

AC doesn't have 8/16. There's the pink game at the trop (7.5/15).

Not quite true. I played at the Trop last Friday evening and they did not spread the pink game. $4-$8 was the biggest limit hold em game they had running.

Also there are not many mid limit games in Vegas and the ones that are running are usually populated with people who seek out those type of games because they specialize and are good at them.
Most of the total donk/tourists will want to play No Limit.

I have played the 2-5 at the borgata and it is a joke esp on the weekends. im not big on the whole online compared to live but it def plays like 100nl. at a full table there will be a few good players and than a bunch of pretty bad ones.

If there's a few good players, you should seriously consider a table change

I haven't played the pink game or at the Trop in years. The consensus is the Trop has been become more and more undesirable to play at, and thus the pink game only goes during peak hours.

Shame. That game was hella-fun about 5 years ago.

The last time I was at the Trop, it was a Friday night, which seems like it should have been peak hours, and they still didn't get the pink chip going.

My guess would be that AC has a lot of people who come just to play poker and there really is not place else on the east coast aside from Foxwoods to play. Everyone is a NL player these days. Vegas attracts a lot more recreational gamblers who would gamble at poker in the same way they would gamble at other things. That is just my suspicion.
