I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly how much money is in before you act, but assuming it's the following:
2000 in antes, 1000 SB (from you), 2000 BB from villian and you have 14000 left after meeting the BB, then:
You put in 14000 chips to with 20000 (after the villian calls) where you figure you are 49.57% to win.
If this is what you are saying, then your EV is +$2,840 and is therefore a very good play.

Second one, I think you are saying you put in $7000 to win the $12500 already in there where you think you are 42.42%. Your EV is +1,271. Also a good bet.
