Re: should i quit poker?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] i've heard of good players having 50k hand breakeven streaks, so as fun as it is to be like "Lol u suk at pokars", it might not be the case. follow your heart [/ QUOTE ] to be honest, for the most part you have heard of bad players who say they are good. [/ QUOTE ] so your saying it isnt possible if your a good player? |

Re: should i quit poker?
don't quit over 50k hands of varience, but also don't assume that just because you "don't tilt too much" or "i'm not open shoving k4o" or "not calling shoves with kk/qq on an a-high flop" your game doesn't need work. No one plays a session of perfect poker, realistically analyzing mistakes is necessary for anyone to improve their game.

Re: should i quit poker?
[ QUOTE ]
Play less, take more breaks for a while and see how that goes. A couple of years ago I cut down, now I play half as much as I used to, but it put things in better perspective and my results improved quite a bit in the process. Some people are cut out for grinding all day long, others should quit poker entirely. You might just be one of those guys like me who doesn't have more than 8-10 hours a week for it. [/ QUOTE ] This sounds about right. Takes some time off and don't play at all. Come back to the game fresh. |

[/ QUOTE ] I got leaks, but not massive gaping leaks. And Im very sure i can beat 100 and 200NL, I ran almost 6ptbb/100 the first 40k hands at 100NL. And then i was much worse then i am now. BTW im up about 1200 in bonusses, and had my first good day: |

Re: should i quit poker?
Quit, based on your post over the past few months, you are letting variance get too you way more than it should. Everytime you get a suckout you make about 5 posts about it. Lagging it up means you get more variance.
I cant say anything about if you're a good player or not, since I havent seen a lot of hands you posted and/or replied to. |
