I've been thinking about this exact thing yesterday and today - in the past week I've seen the limp-reraise-all-in-means-AA, UTG-min-raise-3-bet-all-in-means-AA, and the 3-bet-all-in-over-a-2-bet-and-two-callers-means-AA. I've snap-called with JJ, JJ, and QQ, and hated it. At 25NL, goofy all-ins can mean A6s as often as AA-KK-AK, but the particular way that these hands played out gave me a ton of information that I disregarded.

I know I would make better decisions 2-tabling instead of 4-tabling. But just taking five seconds to think would bump my winrate for sure.

Good post OP.. one of the things I like to do after I make a snap/fast call like this is just say to myself out loud "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!!" and usually I'll slow down and start making rational decisions
