Complain to the super that your sink isn't draining can he come fix it Thursday at noon?

Buy things online. Have them delivered during the day Friday.

Buy a timer and have the TV turn on in the middle of the day when you're at work.

Just inform her you are moving out, in person when she is sober if possible, but if not just leave her a polite note and slip it under her door so she reads it when she wakes up and is most likely to be sober.
