Stars 22+1r+A CL with 15 left, blow-up or bad luck?

Last night I played the Stars 22$ Semi-freezeout, I'd been playing my absolute A game and was pretty much walking over my table.

We were down to 15 players (first 5.7k) and I was in first with about 350k. Nr 2 had about 180k. This is where it starts, is this bad luck or did I make some mistakes?

BTN had repopped me once before. This was the third time in a row I raised and I was convinced he was making a play. Correct move?
