I think you could do it 6 tabling or so. I was at over 6.5 over 40k hands at one point and am far from a good player. I was 4-6 tabling without a HUD.

Why are there so many lines though at the same level and from the same site ? Do you have like 30 different accounts or something or am I missing something ?

With the recent developments I'd say you could maintain at least 100ptbb/100 on absolute.

read the sticky in BBV. Basically there are superaccounts that can see everyone's hole cards.
