sorry i'm now indifferent to the flop. i missed that we have a pair

[/ QUOTE ]

I would raise the flop for a free card as played. Is the pot too small for a raise to be more EV than a call?

i don't really get Mile's post either ...

one retard donks, another retard call ... he raise with a flush draw and bottom pair
flush outs 9
trip outs 2 ... i reduce to 1 to 1.5
two pair outs 3 ... i reduce 1 to 1.5 also (other two pair often better on that board, plus puts straight and redraws on the board)

we easily have more equity than these two chumps (even if UTG 3bets, and retard in the middle will call often enough) ... and it sets up a free card possibility

all,

limping here reminds me of Ed Miller's taking off the training wheels post. I can see the merit.

IIRC, loosening up PF because you should be able to outplay opponents post-flop?

Yeah, but it can be overused like limping 75o and saying "I can outplay this guy" (whatever that means).

miles u dont tihnk we re still good 50% of the time after the river 3bet at these limits? I wouldnt think of raising if 4 wasnt the cap or vs a decent postflop player who knows me but this has got to be close, it is the micros villain could have a worse flush a lot. How much do u think his range shrinks from the river lead to the river 3bet just to pose a question.

semi-grunch.

lol@folding pf. Really. Just get to the flop cheap with AT speculative cards and then fit or fold.

Raise flop.
Cap turn, cap river.
Playing 0.02/0.04 is not rocket science, you have the 2nd nuts ffs.

[i][edit] If you don't think Vil takes this line with A7 you are simply wrong[/edit]

I like it all, preflop is questionable, I may have capped the river, depends on how well you had this villain read.

you're probably right. you're probably ahead more than 50

i overestimate everyone now.

everyone wondering why im indifferent about the flop. there's still a guy behind us. if we're closing the action or if we have a stronger "two pair draw" then i'm always going to raise.
