UB issue:
We originally went thru a third party (income access)
What happened with UB (this problem was discovered yesterday)
when they switched to a full in house program, our code (reduction) clashed with an affiliate who whent thru UB direcly.
All accounts under us were switched to this affiliate when they merged accounts.
Thus removing all our players previous to September, we sent a list to Chipleader (UB & AP joint affiliate program) after checking each account manuallly (this took a few days) they have now switched all our previous clients over to us.
We were told today (Friday 14/9), by Monday all our clients will be visible in our reports, thus allowing us to update September - to date.
Regarding Rakeupdate.com and Rakereudction.com:
We are still waiting for our datacenter to resolve the issue.
