I folded the turn. Villain showed 87s

? at all the ppl saying check/fold...if you're not going to put any real money into the pot, isn't TP almost always a value bet in a limped pot, even a super wet board like this?

NO! You dont even have top pair, you have an easily dominated hand, multiway and out of position, on a very drawy board. I think you can bet the flop just to see whats going on but FOLD to the raise, you are out of position and you may easily be outkicked.
