you are giving your opponent way too much credit here and that will cost you money if you assume the worst all the time. it will make you weak tight.

basically you should only call c/r with at MINIMUM 7 of a kind

I think you are ahead more than 50%. Call turn. Don't give villain opportunity to fold. Let him lead the river and bet again. If raised here, I think it's still a call.

How can you tell he is playing normal in 5 hands? What did you see him show? You have the 2nd best hand. I re-raise turn. If he caps then call it down. You have no info on him.
