[/ QUOTE ] isn't it pretty easy to know who the father is based on the due date? i guess if she banged more than one guy that weekend she wouldnt know, but assume that you are the father for the sake of discussion. obviously a paternity test is standard in this situation.

Also, for the sake of this argument are we supposed to be assuming that she can't figure out our name on her own ie talking to your landlord? It would be pretty hard for a situation to arise where she couldn't track down your name if she was able to find you 8 months later.
I guess the better option is to try and convince her to give it up for adoption.
