your line makes no sense on the flop or turn.

I think it makes plenty of sense on the flop. I will often play the one passively for the reasons absolution mentioned

C/r'ing the turn is spew IMO. But I know I play this spot more passive that a lot of posters.

If you want to c/r anywhere it should be on the flop.

EDIT: Since its 5 handed and its a multiway pot I cap preflop BTW.

oink,
what about the turn donk, is it ok?

also why would the fact that the pot is multiway make you want to cap an unsuited hand pf that could also be dominated?

[/ QUOTE ]

You're equity before the flop is good against a guy with those stats and when it's multiway you should push your equity edge. You should also consider your relative position though. By just calling pre-flop you get to check raise the field when you hit a good flop.

If you think he will often check 88-KK and Kx behind I think its ok.

I think a lot of players would be more inclined to put in a bet on the turn with 88-KK if they get to bet. So c/c'ing is still my play.

BTW I really think its close between c/c and c/r on the flop. Its prolly because I run bad that I advocate a c/c

The problem is that most of the hands you beat are dumping this quickly and most of the hands that beat you are going to 3-bet you.

Yeah but thats less of an issue 3-way.

50% also suprises me. Its prolly a flop c/r.

Well, it is true that he will have the odds to call with any pp now because of the size of the pot and it would be nice to win this pot now. I admit that I rarely take a passive line in these spots when there is someone padding the pot. This seemed like a good time. I'll have to play around with stove myself on this one. I think it's close.
