I don't know much about pokerboy's game but I would guess he has 77 or a big draw. If he has a range of exactly 77 and KQh for instance you are a 3:1 dog, but you are only getting ~2:1 on your $. However, if you add in just 2 more FD hands to his range you are only a 2:1 dog. So....what does that mean? I would call (edit: in near neutral EV spots I always prefer to call). [/ QUOTE ] I'm not quite as tight and I agree completely. Mr. D's 2-hand range seems accurate. Expanding that range, you're 3:1 against vs JJ, TT, 77, AKh, KQh, 98h and 87h. I can't think of another hand a tight player (who doesn't think overpair=nuts!) would play this way.
