I would raise on the flop. As played I would def. call the the riverbet.

I think I would raise the flop here. As has been pointed out his turn bet is weak, i'd raise it here, if he then calls/raises then you can check/fold.

The river bet is weak too, it looks like a blocking bet.

100% agreed. Very weak bet and I would raise that every day. You have a lot of fold equity here with that bet. If he calls you can c/f the river. Also that river bet is a little funny looking which leads me to believe he is semi-bluffing or a str8 bluff.
