Make it a 100 straight preflop if there is a chance of taking it down or getting hu with someone, so you can shove flop. Otherwise just make it 50 and get a bunch of calls, so you can win a big pot on a Jxx or Axx board. If you had 100bb you could consider limping. Think you have an easy shove when it comes around to you second time too. Gaaamboool ! IŽd get it it here even if I was taking slightly the worse of it if some of the big stacks are bad, which it sounds like.

IŽd call the flop too, most players wont bet smaller when they are short and have a strong hand. IŽd expect 65, 87 or such pretty often.

You have 26% against A4, so you arenŽt in horrible shape there either with the odds you get.
