ehhh ziig is pretty crazy so he could have a wide range there, but chewi should know that he probably doesn't just have some AAxx combo and is bigger
if you reverse the pf action (ziig 3bets, chewi calls) and keep the same hands, it's pretty standard, either way its not as bad as you think but chewi knew he/she was a dog also don't forget alcohol and/or tilt

He chose to call preflop with a pretty crappy broken rundown hand with one possible flush draw. If he'd had 9TJQds or 8765ds it would be much less questionable.
