Man maybe im just a nit, but even when he is rasing with that range along with other hands he could have such as AK,QQ,JJ,TT, and a flopped flush, I think it is still correct to fold.

I mean we obviously can not 3 bet the flop as there is almost no value in that. And if we flat call then there are a million turn cards that we hate, plus if he has a hand like qj and raised the flop(which i dont think he would) then he is checking the turn for pot control and we lose a ton of value from that plus we give him a free card to boat up. All in all I just think it is a terrible spot ot continue playing with little or no upside

Seems fine. We're too deep to jam and we really hate mostly every card on the turn, and are sometimes already behind.

With a set, OTOH, we definitely would call and check/eval the turn.
