there's probably not much in this but maybe you can make a case for checking. i did read results but was already thinking:
- he prob won't call without a flush
- he'll probably shove any flush if you check, *maybe* even including some low flushes that he might not have called a shove with
- i don't think there's much he checks behind with when you "slow down" that he would have called a shove or small bet with and you may induce a bluff shove


if you're going to bet i think a shove gets called at least 1/3 as much as a 500 bet so just shove

Personally I bet 400-500 on the flop and try and take it down right away, then Im slowing up massively to any form of resistance. As played I would bet 600ish on the river as a Q has probably lost interest whatever you do and this will get a call out of the weak diamonds and shoves out of Jd etc.
