Re: guy keeps opening his mouth during hands
No, the dealer is right, keep the game fun for the fish and donks. Adapt to the action. Its part of the craft.

[ QUOTE ]
Unless the guy was accurately describing my own hand and I was not benefitting from it, I would just use this as extra information in making my decisions. I'm pretty sure I could make this situation +EV for me. [/ QUOTE ] QFT. I would guess that this guy is bad at poker. |

Re: guy keeps opening his mouth during hands
So you stay quiet because you're not in the hand.
Later you flop two pairs with a two-flush on the board. The river completes the flush while giving you a nut full house. You're up against a bad player who doesn't read hands well at all. You raise/4-bet and the loud mouth starts saying, "He filled up. He has the boat." Bad player, who has cut out chips to go to five bets, hears this, gives big mouth a long look and just calls with his nut flush. Wouldn't you wish you'd spoken up sooner? If you're a half-way decent player, this guy pointing out obvious possibilities for hands helps your opponents much more than it helps you. |
