That bet on the flop was pretty wimpy. But then the flop didn't help you, so he picked that up. Seems like a pretty standard hand to me.

Getting outdrawn contributes about 10% of my tilt from this hand. His just calling the river is what really tilted me

Preflop two face cards the only thing beating that are pairs.
Flop: Float
Turn: Top pair time to check to induce a bluff or vbet from worse.
River: TOP TWO CALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.
