i always make it 14 here, since pot is 13.75 had villain pfred to $4, and i round it to $14 since i'm oop..... i don't 3 bet smaller just because villain pfred smaller, cause i like to control the size of the pot

Because you don't really know if he 4-bets light or not. But if he 4-bets you twice or more in a short amount of time, you can be pretty sure that he doesn't have to have aces or kings to 4-bet you, so it makes it an easier shove.

I think that's a mistake. At 1/2 that would be a 7 initial raise and then a reraise to 28 total, which is too much @ 100bbs, against someone who is not a bleeder.

You have a positional disadvantage. You also want to design the streets taking potsizes and stacksizes into account. Also you want to take away set-odds. For these ends, 12 is better than 11.
