You find successful men attractive right? Thats the idea. Generally men who have a fair amount of money are more successful than those who are constantly broke. It doesn't work so much in college, because everybody is essentially in training. I am guessing you are college aged.

When you get older and start looking for a more permanent relationship you will like find someone more attractive if he has a successful career, rather than a guy who hops from job to job, or is a janitor or something. This is natural, and does not make a woman a b*tch, just like men go for looks, women many times look maybe subconsiously to those who can provide safety and security. It is all based on giving offspring the best chance to survive.

I've always felt that men use it as a justification for why women might not choose them. Of course I believe there are gold-diggers out there, but I disagree that money is such a huge, attractive quality to all women. That is just way too big of an assumption.
