What would you recommend betting here? I try to be consistent in raise size-ranges pre-flop and raise the pot unless the field is huge AND I'm OOP (where I'll usually raise 1.5-2x pot).

Think of the turn action as independent of the rest of the hand.

Would you like to make a bet w/ the other play for $5 that you win ~80% of the time?
