in my first post i said i am going to post articles from other websites that helped me out when i first started. I have used many diets and many workouts, and have been on many forums, and these 2 articles have the most posative feedback for bulking, and i also have used both and they work. So instead of people searching boards, and looking for diets and workouts, i have posted 2 VERY popular methods, that have been tested bye many unbias people, and have been proven to work. I never claimed these were my ideas and methods

It's great that you have resources you want to share, but it's not okay to post someone else's stuff without attribution-- and "articles from other websites" is not proper attribution.

I'm not trying to flame you, but this is a basic, fundamental point that you apparently need to learn.
