i think you're second guessing yourself because you won a tiny pot. you should bet pot 100% of the time there. what if an off suit 5 rolls on the turn and there is a lot of action. definitely should have raised pre flop for this situation because when the pot is bigger from a pre flop raise fish are more inclined to call with second and 3rd best flush draws.

Raise preflop. Limp raising also an option. Flop bet looks fine. You have the deck crushed, but want to build equity, unfortunately nobody had 44/22/A4 here, etc.
