I would just shove turn now, don`t like shove on flop for reasons given.

if he had that stats over a long period 44 and 66 are not in his range, also his preflop play is not necessarily correlated to postflop.

50 hands at 12/6/3 is a nit almost always. A decent tag will run 12/6 extremely rarely, even more rarely at $100. A fish will run 12/6 never.

I hate your flop bet size. Pot it. I get it all-in on this flop if i think he's bad enough to stack off with AQ,KQ,QJ. Otherwise I'd call the flop and try to get to a cheap showdown.
