i like a bet call as well. he's not shoving a 6 probably and a lot of 6's raise the flop or turn.

also unless he has 88 he can't really have an 8 either

$160/fold he's not bluffing a lot if he shoves over that.

Well, if I checked, I sure as hell wouldn't be looking to call.

You are check folding or check raising? To be honest those two choices were not really options for me. Be intertested in your thoughts.

I'd just check/call... If you bet, he might fold or PUSH.. Where as if you check, he might attempt a small bluff that you'll call...

Anything wrong with that?

Im interested in why you say this? Care to explain?
C/c seems to get value from missed clubs and also doesnt
give him the chance of pushing as a bluff. If (probably wouldnt) I would check Im 100% calling this

bet/fold almost no one bluff raises this river and no one value raises worse, but I think if you check this it will get checked back too often whereas there's still plenty of value to be gained from random pairs.

Well obviously it's depending on the betsize if I check, but people are rather stupid for thinking it's such an easy call for a potbet. You'd have to put him on exactly something like 77 bluffing. How often does a random flushdraw call flop and turn? Not all too often, if it does it usually improves on turn, and voila, how would it improve? Well, by being 8xcc generally. How often do you really see a naked flushdraw call twice here and then bluff river when you check? It's not really all that common at all to be all that passive and then try to get away with a bluff. You could sometimes see 57cc or J9cc perhaps, but thats about it.

Also, the average 2/4-player is not really VBing AT/JJ here, or slowplaying AA-QQ all too often PF here, if you have reason to believe they do then by all means snapcall most normal betsizes, but I do not.

Either way, it's all academic, because checking here is really rather bad.
