I think a flop shove looks good. He folds a good % of his range and we have decent equity vs his calling range.

This is a really bad flop to c-bet on but i dont fold pf since you are in position and he could be 3-betting you with a lot of hands worse than JJ.

If you really think he's full of it here that's another story. In this case I think it's far better to reraise pre than to just see a flop. But if you do that you have to be prepared to get it all in preflop since reraising essentially commits you to all in if he shoves.

Or if you're calling based on read that he's messing around you pretty much have to shove his cbet on about any flop. But I think it's better to repop preflop because if he makes it close to a pot size bet on the flop he may well call your shove simply because of the good pot odds he'd be getting.

I didnt say i would flat call. I just said i dont fold.

why don't you come back over the top pf?

TBH I think this is pretty bad considering my 3-betting range, which against Crimson is probably something like: AJ+, TT+, and the occasional suited connector. We don't really have any 4-betting history...so I'd probably be mucking < QQ to a 4-bet FWIW.

I also agree w/ whoever mentioned leading into a board like this. It's a really bad board for me to c-bet against this particular villain...and to be honest I'm usually pretty strong here. Maybe I need to start checking this flop from time to time.

I wouldnt lead on this flop unless it isnt a c-bet. This flop hit too many of his hands that he could be 3-betting with unless he puts me on a straight steal from the button.

And maybe it would work for you.

However, I have villain at like 16/12 and he's only stealing 28% of the time. My 3-betting range is significantly tighter against him than it might be against you.

The only problem is, if you do shove flop, what hands would call you that youre actually happy to see?
