Locked out by prima

Is $1100 your total balance on the site or are they sending you back some funds and only keeping $1100? If so how did they arrive at that number?

They are keeping all my funds including my deposit amount.

I am happy to say that after accusing me of cheating in 2 emails, Prima finally admitted to a mistake after I sent them histories of my play.
I must say the skin I was playing at, Eurolinx, were fantastic in their follow ups with Prima on my behalf.
