make a big enough bet that allows you to call a push with good odds. C/R is ok but i think villain would fold most of the time to your 2-barrell anyways.

C/R has the negative aspect of basically making you go all in with a draw in a spot where you have basically little FE.

I would crai in this spot vs. this type of opponent. He could be floating you with tons of diff hands and most the time this type of villian will try to take this pot when checked to. He can only really call you with QJ or sets and even then you're far from dead.

If villain bets $125 or so he's still got almost $300 left. This is plenty left to fold and our line will look extremely strong.

My first instinct was CRAI but you're not quite deep enough. Bet 150 and call push looks good. Shut down on river.

It's 275 more into a pot of 435. He might fold but I don't want to chance pot committing him when I can just bet instead.

What about shoving as an option if he were slightly less deep.. say 300 behind.

I think that's better than bet/calling in a sense that if you were to check and he were to shove for 300, you'd almost have odds to call assuming you have like 13-18 outs....

So by shoving - I think you gain more fold equity over some of the hands that he might shove over you when you bet normally but fold when you push.

On the flip side, he might just call the bet on the turn which allows us to release and save say 150-200 on the river if we blank.

What is the general consensus on the turn overbet push? Does that look stronger or weaker to most MSNLers minds than him betting the turn comitting himself to a call.

Also if we're in position, is this a bet or a check behind
