I dont think you gain anything by being HU with the shorty, I think it works against you. IMO its best to have 4 cards trying to bubble shorty instead of just two. In these situations I am usually trying to co-operate with big stack, but Im interested to see if more discussion proves that to be the consensus or not

Lots of 16 players don't know to check down in this spot. I'm reshoving this all day long. You almost definitely have both players beat.

What range are people putting SB on given OP read and the fact he has no FE against Big Stack and he still has ~7BB.

More to the point what would you shove if you where shortie here ?

If SB is reasonably solid, he could be pushing 22+, A8+, maybe KQ. Those are what I would likely be pushing.
