That is true I have looong been a guy who will buy the cheapest bulk costco papertowels I can find, but I will spare no expense on my TP. Couple weeks ago we were visiting my mom and she had this inferior quilted single-ply. That just wouldn't cut it so I went down and bought her teh Charmin Ultra

Only problem with the expensive TP is that the rolls have half the sheets and typically run out quicker.

This is my list too. I like expensive watches and sunglasses, but I can't be trusted not to lose them or to keep them in decent shape.

This is one of the few things I would pay a premium on. Good, stylish sunglasses that fit your face well are so money. Also, higher priced sunglasses tend to protect your eyes better (Polarized, UV protection, etc.)

I wear prescription glasses and don't ever bother with sunglasses, so I am somewhat ignorant on the subject.

However, aren't there significant advantages to some features of sunglasses like polarizing lenses to cut down glare, and UV blocking to protect your dilated eyes?

If these features are available on moderately priced sunglasses, and you are comparing those to luxury ones, OK, I understand.
