Why would you think AA is part of his range? Really unlikely considering that he is out of position and you hardly know how this guy plays.

You're pf raise is too small, allowing him to profitably call with any 2 that he would raise initially with.

Your flop raise is also too small -- again, letting your opponent call profitably with a wide range of hands.

Once you get to the turn, it's a weird donk from him -- I'd call, but you really shouldn't have gotten this far with a full psb left.
