I think you should call because i feel liek he probably would value bet 2 pair hands with a jack if he thinks your on tilt. Call

I'd really want to fold, but I never would do it. I know that's a really stupid and useless response, but I usually convince myself they have QQ/KK and call. I mean, 3-1 with AA in this spot is pretty brutal. We're behind a lot but we really don't have to be ahead often to call, and fishy players make too many illogical plays for me to fold this.

I don't think he's thinking that deeply.....pretty sure he's just thinking about his own 2 cards....at least he seems like that type. The hands which caused me to be on tilt happened at other tables so he probably doesn't know this anyways. I pretty much agree with what aislephive said in regards to this situation after some thinking.

i think folding is actually fine and he never has QQ-KK here

he can have some other weirdass [censored] that you might beat but never QQ-KK
