sometimes i'll buy some boneless skinless chicken breast and dice it. then i'll coat them in sauce and spices and cook them in the over. they taste great, however they still pale in comparison to wings. however it is less messy so that's a plus if you just want to lay back, relax, and watch tv, or even play video games or poker, because you can use utensils to eat.
