If this was 100NL, check your session and check how much you won. I played a guy at 100NL HU yesterday, he sat down with 50bb and then quadrupled up to 200. I managed to get it back, and when I'd busted him I was up 18,60$. So the rake is a good reason not to play short stacks at low limits.
