With 400 in the pot, 3 others in the hand, a flush draw on the board, and only 700 left behind, I think you should push the flop. You get called by flush draws, pairs with flush draws, sets and two pairs, 88-JJ, overcards with flush draws, and straight draws + straight flush draws. Vs that range, getting it all in ASAP seems good to me. It's not like you can bet the $250 and fold if you get called or raised - you're pretty much committed. You're probably ahead on the flop. Live players love to gamble on their draws. So push. If they caught a set or 2-pair, then they paid too much preflop to catch it.
