if he's decent and the way the hand played out, I wouldn't be surprised if he called turn with ace high.

therefore there's no reason to overbet riv unless he enjoys making big calls, because you're not getting him off TT+ anyway.

I hope that you overbet only because you know the player. That huge over bet is going to get picked off often by a lot of players. I know I make light calls vs overbets only because its obv sometimes when someone cant win so they bet big. Are you repping the deuce or what? I suppose I like this bet a lot if you think he'll fold a big hand here, but I am not a fan of overbetting unless its got something to back it up.

I like the river bet, but there is no reason to over bet the pot.

i doubt TheXC is checking this flop w/any pair. he probably called you light on the turn, w/A high or some kind of draw.


$35 on the river is plenty.
