i think this is a lot closer then you make it seem. you know henry is on the broncos now, right?

either way i can't believe the consensus.

for the record, i agree and prefer FWP myself, but the only guys in my league who really needs a keeper and can afford to pay for one is a huge steeler fan and therefore has no interest in henry. if i want an extra 1st rounder i think i'm stuck with henry.

Old beaten down RB who has never been anything but a grinder who has some competition for carries and a coach who loves to mix things up and a near-rookie starting QB who will struggle = single most overrated player in all of FFB this year.

[/ QUOTE ]

he's 28 and he has only averaged 220 carries/year for his career.
LT on the other hand is the same age and has averaged 340 carries, yet nobody would say that he's 'old and beaten down'

Oh, and Mike Bell is 3rd on the depth chart and fighting for that spot.

It's comical how many of these "tough decision" threads are such no-brainers.

it's tougher because i know i can get something decent in trade for parker, whereas i will probably have to throw henry back in the pool for nothing (that worse trade offer doesn't even look like it will happen now).

i know i said consider the trades equal in the OP but that is not the case, i made a bad assumption. i wonder how much it sways the decision?

the trade offer was FWP + an extra second round pick i have (17th overall) for his 1st round pick (7th overall). the trade offer for henry is non-existent as of right now.

?

Gore and Parker are both real overrated this year but are still better than Henry. Keep Gore/Parker.

I think Parker is definitely overrated this year.

Gore will live up to the hype, and then some. Last year, he racked up crazy yardage, both rushing and receiving, and the TDs will come this season with the much improved offense.
