The range i would give basically beats AK.
AA/JJ/55 hands you beat KQdd/KdQx/bluff KK/QQ would either RR PF or would not raise with a Ace on board Looks like a fold to me.

I think range PF is: 2s-Qs, KQ, AJ, AQ, AK
Range after flop, and as played if he dosen't think you're just c-betting, obviously KQ diamonds, AJ, JJ, and 55 (but he could have played you with AA, but doubt it with his stats). Otherwise, if he's throwing the BS-flag, then his PF range stays, but how long have you been playing with this guy? Any showdowns before this hand that are notable? Still leaning towards fold.

But many decent "Nits", the ones who are solid postflop, are quite capable of abusing their nitty image in spots like this versus regulars, especially a little deeper than usual, and especially if you're capable of folding TPTK here. Obviously his range is still weighted towards monsters here, but imo no way are you beat often enough for a fold.
