i would never fold here. i doubt anyone who doesn't raise a set on the flop smoothcalls a river lead here.

what about a check raise shove, how big of a mistake is that.

considering a riv bet prob looks so strong and folds alot of hands out. Give him a chance to bluff? And if he isnt bluffing and is vbing a good hand, my line sure looks like a bluff, i would never play a straight that way. Might be a way to stack any two pair or better hand there.

i don't hate a river c/r but i prefer a bet much, much more.

also i'm not a fan of your flop bet at all. 12 into 19????

why is calling a raise so bad... he could have any of the 4 sets out there...

villain doesn't HAVE to raise that flop w a set... it's not really all that drawy...

up til the river villain can have so many hands... JTs, QJs, sets etc... mebbe AJ if he doesn't 3b that every time... could be a float w Ax that 2 paired up on the river (though thats not all that likely since 3 aces accounted for)...

of course he doesn't raise ai on river w anything but sets and the straight... but we're still a fave vs that range...

what am i missing here?

not saying i like the fold either. but i dont think hes gonna jam a set on the river considering how confusing my line prob looks. I certainly think he bets that range, and prob has a hard time finding a fold. Thats why im saying check raise.....please....

i like a c/r here too...

hero almost never has an ace in his hand unless its AJ so villain should fire pretty much anything he was gonna fire anyway, and it may have improved villains hand to two pair...
