With you raising utg and him 3-betting from MP I don't like it too much as his range won't be too wide.
The flop texture is pretty good to do it on though. He'll probably only call JJ+ (15 combos) as I don't think he'd 3-bet AJ and KJ pre. Versus that range you have 9% equity. If you include AJ and KJs into his range he calls 27 combos and your equity is 14%. Throw in KJo as well and it becomes 36 combos and 14,5%
If his range is wide enough and he bet-folds most of it on this flop then it can definitely be +EV.
Is he really 3-betting AJ, KJ here pre? Doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do vs an utg opener.
Also is he bet-folding hands like 99 here? I think he probably checks behind part of his range here.
