looking through this a little further, the various techniques for multiple monitors (that are most common) are essentially a crappy workaround.

Softth (google it) and the Matrox Dual + Triple Head 2 Go software essentially tells your PC that you have a 3200 x 1200 monitor, rather than two 1600x1200 monitors that Windows ordinarily thinks you have.

It is annoying that more games don't have native support for multiple monitors.

Thanks - it was actually a serious question. I don't normally play much in the way of video games.

i've been playing a lot of CSS lately. amazing how this game never seems to get (too) old.

most people are still playing 1.6, but CSS has enough servers to keep me happy and they actually seem pretty much the same to me.

i miss 1.4 though.
