Re: Your line makes no sense sir
I used to call these a lot but donks kept showing up with JJ. Good players generally were bluffing.

most of his bluffing range beats you. [/ QUOTE ] ....? no? this seems good but the river certainly made it easier. i wonder how good the turn call is in a vacuum since i'm sure you don't call 100% of rivers |

Re: Your line makes no sense sir
Any sense of his cbetting frequency? Has he c/r'd before?
I feel when a guy who is willing to 4bet preflop and is kind of crazy raises UTG, then checks twice and springs to life - it's him trying to be tricky trappy with a monster. He's probably not an elaborate scheme bluffer, he's probably a brute force bet bet bet bluffer. Also, he's only got 100 left on the river and bets 2/3 pot instead of pushing, which seems more value oriented to me. |

Re: Your line makes no sense sir
im paying this river bet off every time. especially against the villain you desribed. It sucks that hes bad enough to show up with better than you have, but I snap call this every time.

Re: Your line makes no sense sir
He has AA and trapped you.
I used to think a c/r on the turn after the flop went ckck was always FOS but they generally turn up with something good that they've horribly misplayed. (I generally do it with air or with a turned set.) |
