Default 10/25 Big Draw Shut Out?

$10/$25 No Limit Holdem
5 players

Stacks:
UTG (<font color="#0000cc">$2533.00</font>)
CO (<font color="#0000cc">$8238.50</font>)
BTN (<font color="#0000cc">$2666.50</font>)
Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$2793.00</font>)
BB (<font color="#0000cc">$4645.00</font>)

Pre-flop: ($35, 5 players) Hero is SB K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls $25, CO calls $25, BTN calls $25, Hero calls $15, BB checks

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($125, 5 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $125</font>, BB calls $125, UTG calls $125, 2 folds

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($500, 3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $190</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $885</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB goes all-in $4495</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#0000cc">Hero?</font>

$1758 left to win $3333, 1.9 to 1... need 34.5% equity for break even.

Villain is a kinda unknown 24/12 seems okay, not too dangerous.

Why did you raise the turn??
I think even if you didnt raise the turn BB was pushing regardless....

Lot of outs there. Hard to put villian on anything with that history. I would pick a different spot. If i was villian what would i be pushing with there. Nut flush draw, trip nines?? Without some kind of preflop raise, he can have anything....

Pretty sure your math's wrong:

$125 preflop
$375 on flop
UTG's $190 + Your $885 + BB's $2643 on the turn

Means you're calling $1758 to win the $4218 in the pot. More than enough money in the pot to make the call with your 15 outs, unless you're discounting some of them pretty severely.

Good catch UMTerp... I missed my $885. Need 29.4% equity for break-even.

I think BB will have 75 a lot. I would fold this. I also hate your turn check raise.

We have 26% equity vs. all 75o/75s, and only need 29% to break-even.

Yes, all most nits will hate the raise.
