he could have a jack, but on the other hand, also a lower pp like TT, I seen it many times with bad players, but you have nothing on this player, so you dont know how he act when flop trips, but he's raise on the flop indicates he has a seven, since it is more likely anyone might raise with a 7 than a jack in this case, I really think calling is -EV here or anyway very marginal, I dont think you loose much by folding this hand.
