Not neccessarily true. I'm pretty much the same way. I work 10 hour days, get home around 5:30pm, play for at least 3 hours. I've held down a relationship with this girl for over 4 hours now, which is something that i've never done.

The trick is to only sleep 5 hours a night.

I'm addicted to poker for life, but I think my poker game (and life in general) have improved since I've cut back. Shorter sessions, more hobbies, etc.

There was a time where I was playing at least 65 hours a week.

I think I've been playing too much. I'm desperate to get good at cash games.

I go weeks without even playing poker and then do nothing but play for weeks.
