I call this turn.

That being said, he rarely doesn't have AK beat and if he has AK beat he has to have AT beaten.

[/ QUOTE ]

not necessarily, he could have A6 or A9.

i expect to be behind very often, but folding with these pot odds is ridiculous.

I would not be putting A9 or A6 in villains range???? If villain somehow did have A6 I feel he would 3 bet the flop with FD on board..

I don't really see any weaker two-pair hands in his SB-preflop calling range. AK/AQ might be a possibility if he perceives you as very aggressive.
It does look a lot like a set and I don't think folding would be a big leak in the long run.

no; notice i didn't mention T6. A9s and A6s are definitely part of the villain's range. i know this forum is weak-tight land, but at times it's reasonable to consider that villains might not hold near-nut hands.

If villian is solid then he would make this move with a bunch of draws no? I think there is the possibility of villian having 109 here. He donked you small with MP on flop then got stubborn only to hit is miracle card on the turn (though him using FPS with 66 is also a good possiblity). Given that you are now calling 1/2 stack to win 1.5 stacks I think that top two is a good call.

Well I called given the pot odds, and the way the hand played it didn't look like a set. I was really hoping villain would showdown a AK/busted draw type hand. Meanwhile "a set of sixes, he has to have a set of sixes " is going off in my head like "Yeah Baby " is going off in Scotty Nguyen's head. River was a Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], villain showed 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and it was Alll Over Baby...
